Bioxytran Files Registration Statement with SEC

Boston, MA – April 23, 2019 – Bioxytran, Inc. (BIXT) announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Bioxytran, Inc. has currently traded under the ticker symbol “BIXT.”

Bioxytran will manage the offering, however, reserves the right to utilize a placement agent or underwriter once the SEC has approved the registration statement.
